These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Erguvan's services, including ECM Terminal and Azalt platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
Our Services
Erguvan provides technology platforms for environmental commodity markets and enterprise sustainability management. ECM Terminal offers trading intelligence and market data for environmental assets. Azalt provides ESG compliance and reporting automation tools.
User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, data, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Erguvan or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erguvan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
